T7 allows each state and commonwealth to uniquely identify all residents, regardless of legal presence and issue each a Personal Identification or PID credential. Personal Identification creates a solid foundation in which each state and commonwealth can retain flexibility and design policies to tackle multiple issues including: E-Verify, Medicaid, immigration, disaster response, REAL ID and more. This creates an infrastructure for each state that can be easily established, accessed and maintained. An effective, cost-saving solution, a PID credential combats fraud, waste and abuse in state agencies and programs and combats identity-related fraud for residents.
